Sathya Sundaresan is a HR Professional and ICF Certified Coach

As a HR professional, her focal points include business partnering, employee engagement, organizational climate, culture, team building, employee experience, talent retention, and coaching for unlocking potential. She had formally completed her coach training from Grow More Avenues in 2020 and earned the ICF ACC (Associate certified coach) credential in 2021 to lend both credibility & effectiveness to the whole intervention. In a little over a year, she had the opportunity to do coaching engagements for both a small team in a start-up as well as for an assistant manager, in line for career progression as part of a reputed auto conglomerate.  She has extensively worked with corporate professionals (both early and mid-career), start-up entrepreneurs, young adults and individuals from diverse backgrounds. With over 200 hours of coaching experience, her key strengths lie in rapport building, client centricity and providing the safe space for clients to enhance their self-awareness.  With an objective to make coaching accessible to one & all, she has been a part of voluntary programs. She is also an avid writer who enjoys articulating her experiences on her newsletter titled “Journey to self”.
